ANSWERGLASS / LEGAL
Terms of Service
Effective September 15, 2026 · Digital QR replacement files
1. Our service
AnswerGlass is a service operated by Mark Zschiegner. We provide digital files for creating replacement QR-code stickers. These terms apply to the QR Patch service sold through AnswerGlass.com from the effective date above.
2. What you purchase
The displayed price is US $19 for one replacement design: a full-sheet PDF in your selected paper size, a single-patch PDF, a PNG, an SVG, and instructions. This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Physical stickers, printing, postage, website hosting, and work on your existing website are not included. Any tax charged is shown in checkout before payment.
3. Preview and your responsibilities
Check the destination URL, old-code measurement, new sticker dimensions, and available physical space before purchase. The preview carries the words “AnswerGlass.com NOT FINAL”; purchased files do not. The preview is not a physical print proof. Use opaque materials, print at actual size, and test one applied sticker with more than one device before producing a batch.
4. How replacement works
We create a new static QR code. We cannot change or reactivate a QR link controlled by another provider or alter printed materials remotely. You must apply the new code physically. The encoded destination remains fixed; its availability depends on the destination website. We make no promise of permanent hosting, universal device compatibility, sales, scan volume, or savings.
5. Payment and delivery
Stripe processes payments. Files become available after payment is confirmed. Your order link permits re-download for 30 days; save the files locally. If delivery fails, contact us using the details below. Requesting immediate digital delivery does not remove any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
6. Permitted use
You may print unlimited copies of your purchased design for lawful personal or business use and share the files with your printer. Submit only destinations you are authorized to use. Do not use the service for phishing, malware, fraud, impersonation, or replacing another person’s code without permission. Do not sell access to our service as your own.
7. Refunds and corrections
Our Refund Policy explains corrections and refunds. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Service limitations and liability
Printing and scanning depend on materials, printer settings, code size, lighting, devices, and application. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect information you submit, third-party website failures, or printing that does not follow the instructions. We remain responsible for obligations and liabilities that the law does not allow us to exclude.
9. Changes and disputes
The terms shown when you purchase govern that order. We may update these terms for future orders by publishing a new effective date. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive access to consumer authorities or courts.
